What happened

I never owned Natural Health Sherpa or Metabolic Living. They were publishing companies that owned the rights to my workouts. My business partners and I went our separate ways with them close to five years ago, and I spent a few years, and a lot of time and money, getting the rights to those workouts back. As far as I can tell, those companies are no longer operating.

So I'm giving every workout I've ever made away for free, right here on the Metabolic Human channel. And I started Metabolic Human to sit beside Next Level Human, because my interest has always been the two-way street between mind and metabolism. My hope is that this makes things right for everyone who trusted me with their body.

Want more than the workouts?

Metabolic Human is a one-year program to learn your metabolism, your hormones and the story underneath your eating: a weekly lesson and meal plan, a coach you can ask anytime, live calls twice a month and a community. It's $33 a month, and the workouts stay free for everyone either way.

Metabolic Human is a separate company. We have no access to old metabolic.com orders, accounts or charges. If you were charged for something that never arrived, the number on the back of your card can help. Education only, not medical advice.
