Privacy and Terms

The short version
We collect only what you choose to enter, we use it to help you, and we never sell it. You can delete it anytime.
What we collect
- Your membership. You join and pay on Skool. Skool handles your account and payment under its own privacy policy. We never see your card number.
- The Starting Point quiz. Your answers stay in your own browser. We don't receive or store them.
- The weekly check-in. Your ratings for sleep, hunger, mood, energy and cravings, your progress measure (weight, waist or how your clothes fit), your body weight and goal if you add them, and whether you're on a GLP-1 medication. This is health information, and we treat it that way. It's saved in your browser. If you sign in with your email and a 4-number PIN, it's also saved to our database so you can see it on any device. Your PIN is stored scrambled, never as the number itself.
- The Coach. When you ask the Coach a question, your message, and your check-ins if you allow it, are sent to Claude (made by Anthropic) to write the answer. We don't keep your conversations after you leave the page. We do keep a count of how many questions you've asked, so we can apply the daily limit. If a message touches a safety topic (like self-harm or an eating disorder), we save only the date and the topic, never your words, so a real person can check in on you.
Who can see it
You. Our small team and community moderator, only to help you with the program. And the companies that run our tools, only to make them work: Vercel (hosting this site), Upstash (our database), Anthropic (the Coach) and Skool (the membership). We don't sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it for ads. There's no ad tracking on this site.
Deleting your information
On the check-in page, use "Delete my saved data" and everything tied to your email is erased from our database. Or message us inside Skool and we'll delete it for you. You can also ask us what we hold about you.
Who this is for
Metabolic Human is for adults 18 and older.
The terms, in plain words
- Education, not medical care. Metabolic Human teaches you how your metabolism works. It isn't medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nobody here is your doctor. Talk to your doctor before starting, stopping or changing any medication, diet or exercise program, especially if you're pregnant, nursing, diabetic, on a GLP-1 or other medication, or have a history of an eating disorder.
- Your plan renews automatically. Monthly plans renew every month and yearly plans renew every year until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your Skool account settings, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- 30-day money-back guarantee. Message us in Skool or email support@nextlevelhuman.com within 30 days of joining and we'll refund you in full: your whole year on the yearly plan, your first month on monthly. No upsells: one price, nothing to buy inside. Every workout stays free on YouTube either way.
- Exercise and breathwork. Go at the pace your body allows. Never do breathwork in water or while driving, and stop if you feel dizzy or unwell.
- The content is ours. The lessons, meal plans and recordings are for your personal use. Please don't copy or resell them.
